I am offering in person appointments at my office space located in Livonia. I also offer online telehealth appointments for clients located in the state of Michigan.

Counseling appointments are typically one hour in length and consist of talking about your life experiences, current events that arise within your world, and finding tips and techniques to help with any uncomfortable emotions and situations. We work together to problem solve, gain a greater sense of understanding into patterns that might be causing difficulties, and learning helpful ways to cope.

At the end of our appointment, I always ask the question “What are some ways you can take care of yourself until our next appointment?” The goal is to identify realistic and attainable ways to meet your needs and provide comforting self care, which often gets pushed to the back burner when life gets tough.
